At GL Pro Sound, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure a full refund without restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Securely box the packaged item and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email or use your preferred carrier to send it to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
